One on One
One of my favorite sessions are the ones where I get to tailor a practice to your specific needs because it is where I see the most results.
This option is a great way to start a yoga practice if you are a beginner, or to advance in your yoga sadhana if you are a more seasoned student looking to deepen your relationship to any and all aspects of a well rounded yoga path: from asana to pranayama, meditation and energy balancing, and/or develop a self practice.
The style of yoga I teach is also helpful and ideal to help in injury prevention and recovery. We can choose a day/ time that works for you (for both of us)
