Schedule


This is an all levels class focusing on the principles of alignment combined with a slow flow. Modifications and options are offered, often including pranayama and meditation.

This is a challenging and fun class that will activate your core muscles by using core-centric poses with a flow style. Arm balances are included. All levels are welcome, not ideal for raw beginners.
