Farrah Yaspe (E-RYT 500), has been teaching yoga since 2008. She became an Anusara. Inspired teacher in 2012 and completed her 300 hour training with Noah Maze in 2014. A constant yoga and life student, she has taught public & private classes in Costa Rica, Miami, California, Idaho and Maryland.
She has taught workshops, teacher trainings, teacher development & mentoring programs; and has slowly shifted her offerings to special events, private classes, retreats, and hosts 4 annual yoga classes to raise funds for different organizations/ charities.
She has also studied with a variety of internationally recognized yoga teachers such as: Esteban Salazar, Jaye Martin, Kenneth Graham, BJ Galvan, Christy McKenzie and Martin Kirk, just to name a few. She has deepened her philosophy and meditation studies with Bill Mahony, Douglas Brooks, and Paul Muller Ortega.
She strives to create a safe environment during her classes and to facilitate the process of creating inner awareness by guiding her students to use their bodies as a tool for self-exploration, empowering them to realize their own inner potential and inviting them to transfer their yoga from the mat into their lives.
